In support of the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) September 21, 2011, memorandum "Eliminating Excess Conference Spending and Promoting Efficiency in Government," as amended, the Department of the Treasury (Treasury) Office of Inspector General (OIG) has worked to ensure that all agency events support our mission of delivering the best possible value and savings to the American people and our Federal partners.
