No Fear Act

Under the Notification and Federal Employees Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 (No FEAR Act), federal agencies are required to provide training to all their employees regarding their rights and remedies available under the Antidiscrimination, Retaliation, and Whistleblower Protection Laws.

The training should take less than 30 minutes.

At the end of the training session, you'll be prompted to verify your successful completion. Verification ensures you'll receive credit for the training.
